What the panel covers
The 30-minute panel looks at how emerging technology, including artificial intelligence, can help caseworkers meet rising demand. New research shows that thousands of constituents run into problems with government agencies that casework could fix, but most never reach out. That is an opening for legislatures to build trust, and AI is starting to help offices handle more volume without losing the human judgment that makes casework work in the first place.
